Looking for Residential/Fitness/Massage Studio

Hello There! Thank you so much for taking time to learn about what I am envisioning/looking for, and considering whether you may know someone who might also be looking for something like this! 

The work that I do: As I work with people, I utilize many modalities of fitness and movement (including aerial fitness) as well as providing massage, both on a table and/or on the floor on a thai mat. 

The space I am envisioning: My vision includes having the “living room” be the “work space”. It will look very much like a (funky, fun, creative, etc.) yoga studio...and I will also place some bolts on the ceiling to hang 2 yoga swings (that may come down when they are not in use) If you are someone who teaches pole fitness/dancing, there could be a pole, as well. (I would LOVE that!)

I am envisioning MDR, PDR, Venice, Santa Monica, Mar Vista...but as close to the beach as possible! ☺

There are at least a couple ways this could work/look. I am looking for any of the following:
  • Someone who would like to look for and share a 2 bedroom with me
  • It may be someone who also would like to either see clients there, or simply use it for their own practice/personal use
  • It may be someone who does not do any work that would include seeing clients at this space, but does not mind that I use the “living room” to occasionally see clients. I would be respectful of what days and hours work best for you. I am willing to pay a larger portion of the rent for this accommodation that you are making.
  • It may be a photographer that could utilize the space for their own projects
  • Someone who might not live there, but want to pay some predetermined rental fee to be able to see their own clients (In that case, I would look for a 1 bedroom)
  • A Practitioner/Artist/Photographer who has a space and would allow me to see clients there (A space only available for massage would be OK, as well)

I am so open to other creative ideas and possibilities!
